RETURN & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Welcome to Kosmima By Tania K, our online space dedicated to handmade jewellery. Our goal is for every buying experience to be characterized by transparency, security and respect for the customer. Below you will find detailed information about our returns and withdrawal policy, in accordance with current legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU - Law 2251/1994).

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

  1. Deadline: You can withdraw from the purchase without compensation within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) acquired physical possession of the goods.

  2. Mode of Exercise:

    • Send a written statement (email ) clearly stating your intention to withdraw.

    • Within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation of receipt of the request.


2. Conditions of Return

In order for the refund to be accepted, the following must be met all the following conditions:

  1. Excellent Product Condition

    • The jewellery must not have been worn, tampered with or damaged.

    • Keep all accessories (e.g. clasps, stones, cords) intact.

  2. Intact Packaging

    • The original packaging (box, pouch, labels, tags) must accompany the jewellery.

    • Products without or with tampered packaging may be rejected.

  3. Proof of purchase

    • Mandatory include proof of retail sale ή invoice.

    • If it is a gift, we accept gift receipt with the order code.

  4. Chronological Compliance

    • The parcel must be sent by the 14th calendar day after receipt.

* Free shipping provided only when the product is demonstrably defective (see § 4).


4. Defective or Incorrect Products

  • Full Compensation or Replacement: If the jewellery has a manufacturing defect or you have received the wrong code, we will take over all transport costs.

  • Clarification of handmade character: Due to the nature of handmade jewellery, minor deviations (e.g. minimal colour or texture variations) are not considered a defect.


5. Non-Returned Items

  1. Special Orders / Engraved Jewellery

    • Products with personalized engraving, initials, dates, etc.

  2. Earrings

    • For hygiene reasons, unless they are defective.

  3. Products Flash Sale expressly marked "Final"


6. Shipping Costs & Carrier Liability

  • Customer Liability: Until we receive the jewellery, the responsibility for loss or damage rests with the sender.

  • Proposed Transport: ACS, ELTA Courier, Geniki Tachydromiki. Take care of parcel insurance if the value exceeds €150.


7. Refund

  • Method of Credit:

    • Card: automatic credit to the card.

    • PayPal: refund via PayPal.

    • Replacement: bank transfer (IBAN & Beneficiary required).

  • Execution Time: 7-10 Business days days from the completion of the inspection.

  • Partial Return: If the conditions are not fully met, we reserve the right to charge 10 %-30 % of the value as an impairment.


8. Cancellation of Order

  • Free of charge: Possible before shipment, if the Service Department is notified.

  • After the Mission: The withdrawal conditions apply.
